​How Do I Place An Order?

 

You can place an order on this website or you can join us on our Facebook live every Wednesday and Sunday at 6 PM Est. www.facebook.com/themoonchildscollection 

 

Payment and Shipping

 

All orders ship on Saturday, any order placed and paid for by Friday at 5 p.m. will ship Saturday. Facebook live claims can be shipped with an online order as long as it is paid for by 5 p.m. on Friday.

Returns & Refunds

 

Due to the nature of this business, returns and refunds are not accepted. However, if there is an issue with your order, we go above and beyond to assure your satisfaction. Any concerns must be addressed immediately once items are received.
